Our Returns Promise
We offer a 15-day return policy from the date you receive your camping equipment. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on airbeds, camping beds, or camping cook sets and utensils that have been removed from their original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our template below to ensure we have all the information we need.
- Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
- Ship It Back: Send the package to our Birmingham address using a trackable shipping service. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
- Inspection: Once received, we’ll inspect the item and process your refund or exchange within 3 business days.

Refund Information
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to notify you that we’ve received your returned item. We’ll also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Timing:
- Credit Card/PayPal Payments: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after approval.
- Bank Transfers: May take 7-14 business days to appear in your account depending on your bank’s processing time.
Important Notes:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- For exchanges, we’ll ship the replacement item once the returned item is received. Additional shipping charges may apply depending on the new item’s value.
- Damaged or defective items: Please contact us immediately if you receive a damaged or defective product. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons:
- Airbeds that have been removed from original packaging
- Camping beds that have been assembled or used
- Camping cook sets and utensils that have been unpackaged
- Custom or special order items (e.g., specially sized awnings)
