Shipping Information

Order Processing

We typically process orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (£12.95): Delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping (Orders over £50): Delivered via EMS within 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: We ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote locations. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our camping and caravan equipment, but we understand that sometimes returns are necessary. Our process is designed to be as straightforward as pitching one of our awnings!

Our Returns Promise

We offer a 15-day return policy from the date you receive your order. To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our template below.
  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags and accessories.
  4. Ship It Back: Send to our Birmingham address using a trackable service. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
  5. Inspection: We’ll inspect the item upon receipt and process your refund or exchange within 3 business days.

Refund Information

Once approved, refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Credit Card/PayPal Payments: 5-10 business days to your original payment method
  • Bank Transfers: 7-14 business days (depending on your bank)

Important: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. For exchanges, we’ll ship the replacement once we receive the returned item (additional shipping charges may apply).

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Airbeds removed from original packaging
  • Camping beds that have been assembled or used
  • Camping cook sets and utensils that have been unpackaged
  • Custom or special order items (e.g., specially sized awnings)

Damaged or Defective Items
